Petra is a typical Italian SME, which makes know-how its best weapon. It designs, develops and produces furniture elements in fine wood in collaboration with internationally renowned designers and architects.

the analysis

The Company

The company boasts a large number of Contract projects, born in collaboration with Architects and in particular it wants to share its most ambitious project: it collaborated in the construction of the luxury hotel Land in Berlin.  The project involved the creation of the a beautiful project through the precious wood furniture elements throughout the hotel, from the large entrance hall, to the restaurant and bar, all the rooms and with particular attention to the exclusive suites.

"CONTRACT PROJECT"

Contract “refers to orders in which the contract company is not limited only to the supply of furniture, but carries out the entire interior design project on behalf of the customer”.

Content Strategy

The project assigned to me involves the creation of a Landing Page where target users, such as architects interested in the company’s contract service, arrive to download a valuable content, a CASE STUDY, where Petra describes in detail how it managed to support the architect, help him solve problems and find solutions to create a successful project, using fine wood furniture elements. 

The target

The production processes used are both artisanal and industrial, blending tradition and innovation. The target audience is the professional one, made up in particular of architects and interior designers.

the objective

The main objective is to generate Leads: to convince users to leave their data, to answer a control question (to verify that they are in target), in order to download the valuable content.

lead nurturing

The Leads will be subjected to an email sequence that aims to “NUT THEM”, shifting their attention from the topics addressed in the Case Study, to the description of the company’s contract service with the aim of ensuring that the architect can make a telephone appointment for a free consultation, where a company manager can illustrate in detail how he is able to help him realize a contract project.

Design Process

Define

Define which is the objective and the style desired by the final customer. 

Design

Start to create workflows and a coherent design path to follow.

Refine

After calls and follow up, give the customer’s feedback the correct importance and adjust the details (and in some cases, unfortunately, change more!).

Build

Finally the practical part could take place!
